Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

Velocity Dance Academy reserve the right to remove, from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

COVID-19 All Guardians and Students must follow all safety procedures put in place by Velocity to reduce risk of infection, if a family member or student should display any symptoms, ensure they do not attend class and only return once the isolation period has ceased. Under no circumstances should the student attend facility.
For any other condition, you must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather or emergency staff illness in which teacher cover can not be covered, Velocity Dance Class will firstly be offered a make-up session, and if this is not possible by velocity then you will be refunded.
In the regrettable situation that a student no longer wishes to return to classes and you wish to cancel your subscription, we ask for one months written notice
